I have been informed about processing of my Personal Data in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and I declare that I have read, understood and accepted the contents of the attached “Customer Disclosure Text in the Scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data”. 

I declare that I give my express consent to processing of my Personal Data, processing of which is compulsory and useful for the service I demanded and which I further shared including online choice and my cookie data by the Company, for the reason of the below defined transaction in accordance with the methods, basis and principles specified in the Law; within the scope of the duly execution of the service and product I demand, the delivery of the required information and updates to me, the necessity of the security of my payment transactions and the specific, explicit and legitimate purposes stated in the clarification text.

I declare that I give my express consent to processing of my personal data by the Company for the purposes of application of contracts, satisfaction of their terms and conditions, keeping finance and accounting records, issuing invoices and performing payment transactions in accordance with the procedures, principles and rules set out in the Law.

Pursuant to the Article 11 of the Law and the relevant legislation; I declare that I understand and accept that, by applying the Company, I have the rights to be informed whether the personal data about me are processed, to request information regarding processed personal data of me, to be informed on purposes of processing my personal data and whether they are used for their purpose, to know the third parties to whom my personal data are transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of my personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request deletion or dispose of my personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of such data disappear, to request that such correction and deletion requests to be notified to third parties to whom my personal data are transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against me by analyzing the processed data of me exclusively through automatic systems, to claim compensation in case of a damage due to unlawful processing of my personal data and, I have to apply to the head office address of the Company with my written request including required information and documents for the determination of my identity and explanations regarding my right that I request to use, in order to use such rights.
